Apple has announced the third quarter results. Thanks to iPhone and iPod Touch, it is the best non-Holiday quarter revenue and earnings in history. They made a huge revenue of $8.34 billion and a net quarterly profit of $1.23 billion, or $1.35 per diluted share. Since most people prefer to choose iPhones and iPod Touches over the regular iPods, the number of units sold of regular iPod has dropped 7%. Apple expect it will drop with larger percentage in the future.

Apple’s Tim Cook has also talked about the relationship between Apple and AT&T, and he said it’s excellent. He said he knows AT&T will invest more money for faster networks (Ah. AT&T is still crap in 3G speed in most areas.) People have also asked netbook during conference call, and the answers is still the same. They think netbook cannot give customers the best.
