It takes a long time to sync photos to iPhone/iPod Touch if you have thousands of photos. Simplify Media has a new App Simplify Photo (US$0.99) which lets you to view photos on iPhone/iPod Touch without syncing. You need to create an account in Simplify Media. The app will guide you after the first installation. Then, install the provided software in Windows or Mac.  Enter the account information and everything is good to go.

Simplify Photo is even better than the built-in Photo.app. You can browse photos according locations or faces. It’s like the iPhoto for iPhone. Use finger to flip through the photos. It also lets you to save the photo to the iPhone/iPod Touch. Unfortunately you can’t zoom in the photos in the current version.

Best thing is that you can set up a few Windows or Mac and choose the photos library you love. It’s too complicated to sync different photo library of different computers to iPhone/iPod Touch. Simplify Photo have solved the problem.

If you have problems after jailbreak and software unlock, try the updated ultrasn0w 0.91-1 that has been released few hours ago. The iPhone Dev Team said it would help to fix most problems including “unusual battery depletion”. They also advise users to choose “Setup as a new iPhone” after complete restore. Note this will lose all the existing SMS and call logs. To grab the latest software unlock tool, use redsn0w to jailbreak the iPhone at first. Then, go into Cydia and add “http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com”. You will be able to search ultrasn0w 0.91-1 after all.
